Pistachio powder 25 grams
Some mint leaves

To prepare the syrup, pour water and sugar into a pan and put it on gentle heat. When the liquid starts to harden, add cardamom, saffron and rose water. Then mix dry milk and pistachio cream well on heat. Pistachio cream has a better taste and aroma due to Its oil and freshness of the product. Add the syrup to the pistachio cream mixture and stir continuously for 5 minutes until the mixture is completely stiff. Now keep the prepared mixture aside to cool down little by little. When the mixture cools down, roll it into small balls with your hands and decorate with pistachio powder and mint leaves. Let it harden enough before serving.
